Cons:
In higher doses caffeine may lead to anxiety, tremors, increased heart rate, and when taken for a prolonged period, may lead to withdrawal symptoms, that may begin as early as 12 to 24 hours after the last drink and which may manifest as headaches, anxiety, fatigue, difficulty with concentration, irritability, tremors
